In My Mailbox (5)

In My Mailbox is the wonderful meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren. It allows bloggers to share what books they received over the course of the week. This week I was thrilled to have gotten my first author requests, both for ebooks! Being a relatively new blogger, I am so appreciative of the recognition and the correspondance with both authors was amazing.

Silver and Stone by J.D. Thompson
The Protectors by P.M. Dooling

Again, I would like to say a special thank you to J.D. Thompson and P.M. Dooling for taking the time to recognize my blog and sending these requests! I hope I do you both proud!

What did everyone else get in their mailbox this week? Leave a comment and I'll check out your posts!

  5. Both of these look fantastic, I'm adding them to my to-read list! Thanks so much for stopping by my IMM and commenting on Hollowland, from what you've said about it I'm positive I'll love it, and I can't help but be excited to interact with another Amanda Hocking fan. Have you read any of her other books?
    Following you back!! =D

  8. Kristan, I would definitely recommend the Trylle Trilogy and the My Blood Approves series. The Trylle Trilogy features trolls (I know when I say "troll" you may automatically think of naked trolls with colorful, crazy hair and jeweled stomachs-- but these are not those kind of trolls. haha.) and My Blood Approves features vampires. They both have a fair amount of romance that I couldn't get enough of, and the protagonists are strong and likeable. If you decide to read any of those, I hope you like them as much as I did! =)
